Call To Discernment in Troubled Times the Topic of Lecture at WJU



Wheeling Jesuit University will welcome best-selling author Rev. Dean Brackley, S.J., Professor of Theology at the University of Central America, San Salvador, to the campus for a lecture and reception.

Fr. Brackley will share his thoughts on “The Call to Discernment in Troubled Times” (the title of his recent book), at 7 p.m., Feb. 9, in the campus’ Troy Theater. His book received the Catholic Book Award of 2005. Fr. Brackley uses the timeless insights of Ignatius to explain a genuine spiritual methodology: true ways of decision making for living better, more fulfilled lives.

A University Reception will follow, also in Troy Theater. The discussion and reception are free and open to the public.
