DEPARTMENT:  Master of Science Organizational Leadership (MSOL)

QUALIFICATIONS:  Master’s Degree required (doctorate preferred); related work experience and prior use of interactive style of teaching a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Wheeling Jesuit University seeks qualified applicants to serve as adjunct faculty in Charleston for an accelerated master’s degree program.  Classes are held weekday evenings at the WJU Charleston Center.  Modules offered include:  Concepts of Leadership, Leader as Change Agent, Leading with Integrity and Creativity, Project Management, Research Methods, Thesis, Legal Environment, Government: Partner/Regulator, Community: Opportunity/Challenge, Strategic Partnership Development, Systems Analysis, Financial Analysis, Marketing Analysis, Process Analysis, Quality Management, Leader as Communicator, Leader as Motivator, Leader as Strategic Thinker/Visionary, and Leader and Spirituality.
