The Human Resource Department is currently in the middle of implementing a new ADP Human Resource Information System. IN conjunction with Payroll, this will upgrade our University's system to a "paperless" system with files and time sheets being completed on-line and held electronically. As we continue the process more information will be forthcoming!
The University's "Open Enrollment" period has ended. This should be the final year that this is activity is done on paper - next year it will be done electronically, by every employee, through the ADP portal currently being established.
We anticipate "rolling out" the electronic time keeping system in April. This will eliminate paper time sheets, time cards and the need for additional paperwork to account for leaves and other paid time off. As we progress, we will be issuing FAQ sheets and information; in addition, there will be training for both managers and employees.
