OPEN ENROLLMENT
JANUARY 28, 2013 - FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2013

Open Enrollment is approaching and, in keeping with prior years, the following information is being communicated in advance to allow our employees to begin their personal planning:

When will Open Enrollment occur?

You will be able to make your elections online through our ADP Human Resource Information System beginning MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2013 AT 9:00 A.M. through MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2013 when the Open Enrollment period concludes. You MAY access your personal information through ADP prior to Open Enrollment; however, you cannot make any elections until Open Enrollment begins.

As stated above, Open Enrollment this year will be conducted electronically. Consequently, you WILL NOT receive a packet of information like you received in the past!

Those who have access to a personal computer may complete their open enrollment at any time and from any place during the period noted above. Those who don’t have access to a computer may schedule an appointment with Human Resources where a bank of computers will be available for individual use and HR personnel will be available to assist you. Those employees who are not yet set-up on-line in ADP as a “user” will need to do so as soon as possible by following this link register using this link , select “First Time Users Register Here”, and follow the prompts. Refer to the Open Enrollment FAQ Sheet for Registration Code.

In keeping with our new "tradition" of Summer Professional Development, HR has compiled an interesting slate of courses and programs for all employees. These will soon be posted both on our website and emailed to all employees. We encourage people to sign up early, particularly course for management development and CPR that have limited seating. Sign-ups can be emailed to Sue Mills in HR.
