2.1 Policy Statement

Confidential records of all student disability services and accommodations will be g
  1. All disability service records will be non-electronic and secured in locked file cabinets of which only the Disability Services Director will have access.
  2. All disability documentation and information about students with disabilities will be kept confidential and not shared with anyone unless the Disability Services Director has prior written and signed authorization from the individual student.
  3. Students with disabilities are not required to share confidential information about their evaluations, diagnoses or accommodations with anyone.

The Director of Disability Services has the authority to change, modify, or approve exceptions to this policy at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with federal disability regulations or modifications and amendments to those regulations, with the approval of the Chief Academic Officer and the President of the University or his designee (Compliance Coordinator).
