Alpha Epsilon Delta

Alpha Epsilon Delta is the National Health Pre-professional Honor Society dedicated to the encouragement and recognition of excellence in pre-professional health scholarship, including medicine, dentistry, veterinary, and other healthcare careers. The Society welcomes students that are engaged in the pursuit of a professional development, provides a forum for students with common interests, and extends a program of service to benefit the college/university community. Wheeling Jesuit University was the first primarily undergraduate institution in West Virginia to obtain a Chapter in this organization. Membership is based on scholastic achievement.


Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta)

Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta) is an honors and professional society for students of the biological sciences. society for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study. Its aim is to stimulate interest, scholarly attainment, and investigation in the biological sciences, and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. In addition, it strives to create networking and career development opportunities for students.


The Mendel Club

The Mendel Club is a social organization that is housed in the Biology Department. Membership is open to all students that have an interest in biology. The club sponsors service trips, social outings, camping and hiking events, museum tours, and a variety of other social engagements, depending on the interest of its members.
