Major Requirements
  • 27 required credit hours in the International Studies core (which include a students language and thesis requirements) 

  • 15 credit hours in the student’s concentration (social science or humanities)

  • 6 credit hours in the student’s non-concentration

  • While not yet a requirement of the program, the International Studies faculty strongly believe an experience abroad is crucial for the development of student comprehension.  Therefore, any student entering the major or minor will be encouraged to go abroad.
