Possible Careers

What can you do with a degree in Modern Languages?

A degree in modern languages prepares you for work in a variety of private, for-profit and public or non-profit organizations. Opportunities are available in

  • public policy
  • government
  • law
  • education
  • business
  • numerous international agencies
  • military service and non-governmental organizations.
The flexibility of the degree also allows students to pursue a double major or concentrated work in another field, which opens up many additional career opportunities. Many of our students also choose to attend graduate school.
