What can you do with a degree in Theology/Religious Studies?

A degree in theology and religious studies can lead to teaching in both church and school settings. Theology and professional education faculty work collaboratively to ensure that our majors are able to complete their degree in a timely manner and pursue teaching certification.

Our graduates are equipped to serve others and to serve with others who seek to bring about the common good. Theological study develops skills in communication, critical analysis, ethical decision making and leadership. Graduates find jobs in:
  • primary and secondary school teaching
  • counseling
  • social work
  • law
  • campus ministry
  • ordained ministry.
