ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length. Presenters should prepare a maximum of a 12 minute presentation, allowing at least 3 minutes for a question and answer period.
- All presentation rooms will be equipped with PowerPoint and overhead equipment.
- If additional equipment is required, this should be noted on the submission form. In cases where atypical, specialty equipment is required (such as advanced computer systems, pre-loaded software, technology links, etc.), it is the student's responsibility to provide or arrange for such equipment.
- Presentations are to be addressed to a general audience, rather than a discipline specific one, and should avoid discipline related jargon.
