Includes two nights lodging in Ignatius Hall and all meals for the entire weekend.

CLASS PHOTOS will be available at a cost of $15 each (pay photographer), and will be taked during the picnic on Saturday.  NOTE: Package prices do not include the cost of class photo.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES: Children of alumni are welcome at all activities throughout the weekend. Special games and activities will be held for children during the Saturday picnic. (More information)

Reservation Guidelines:

1. ALL ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 28.
2. Reservation forms must indicate all events you plan to attend and your room reservation (if you plan to stay on campus).
3. Full payment must accompany a reservation. The online reservation company will accept credit cards and personal checks.
4. Reservations can be placed online via the WJU Web site.
5. Rooms will be assigned by class. Once designated class areas are filled, room assignments will be made on a space available basis.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made to anyone who cancels by 5 p.m. May 28. No refunds will be made after May 28.

Dietary Note: All meal menus are posted online. Anyone with special dietary needs should indicate in the space provided on the registration form or should contact the Alumni Office at 1-800-888-2586 no later than May 26.  Thank you!
