Alumni-in-Admissions Program

Through the Alumni in Admissions Program, WJU Alumni have an opportunity to assist the University in the recruitment of students. The program is a collaborative effort between the Alumni Council, the Alumni Office and the Office of Enrollment Management.

Council members, Judy Geary ’63, Michael Moran '92 and Anna Marie Troiani '97, engage Alumni in demographically important areas to assist the University in establishing and building relationships with High Schools, Guidance Counselors and educators.

Alumni in Admissions volunteers are crucial to the admissions process. They communicate with prospective students within their own communities by letter, email, and telephone. They also help to staff college fairs for WJU, with guidance from the Office of Enrollment Management.

The following WJU Alumni Chapters currently participate in the program: Ohio Valley, Cleveland, OH,  Columbus, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, New York/Connecticut, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C. and Charleston, WV.
