WJU Alumni Launches Facebook Site

Wheeling Jesuit University has launched a new communication tool to allow alumni to communicate better with one another and with the University.

In early October, the Alumni Relations Office became a member of the Facebook community when Wheeling Jesuit Gold went live. The site offers alumni, current students and prospective students the opportunity to keep up to date on campus activities, news stories, pictures and athletic events.

“This is a new and exciting endeavor for the alumni office. We are excited to enter the world of Facebook. I hope our alumni will join our community and become active members,” said Kelly Klubert '85, director of Alumni Relations. “The project is the brainchild of John Paul Nardelli, our graduate assistant. I thank him for all his work creating and maintaining the site.”
