Scheduling an ARC Appointment

Step 1 --	Call the ARC at 304-243-4473 or stop by the ARC reception desk.
Step 2 --	Provide the following information to one of our friendly receptionists:

	Student number -- the number found on the front of your cardinal card
	Course number -- e.g. LIT-120, HIS-110, MAT-105, etc. (when applicable)
	Instructor's name (when applicable)
	Purpose for your appointment -- e.g. an assignment, reviewing notes, concept covered in class, etc. -- please be as detailed as possible
	What you would like to work on during your session -- please be as detailed as possible

Step 3 --

Jot down your appointment day and time. Please remember to come to the ARC prepared for your session.

IMPORTANT! If you make an appointment and later find this time won't work for you, call the ARC to cancel and reschedule. All cancellations must be made prior to your scheduled appointment. All unkept sessions will be labeled as "no shows". You will lose your right to make appointments in the ARC once you accumulate two "no shows" per semester.
