2009 Cardinal Athletic Club Charity Golf Classic

Will you support Cardinal Athletics?

When you read the sports pages, it’s not hard to notice that Wheeling Jesuit University Cardinal Athletics are energized and inspired, and success has become a continuing tradition at Wheeling’s university!  On the field, on the court, and off, Wheeling Jesuit University athletes continue to bring honor to themselves, to the University, and to our community!  Athletically, they are formidable. Academically, they are exceptional, and many athletes have received national attention for their academic success!

These students need our support, and that’s why the Cardinal Athletic Club is organizing its 2009 Charity Golf Classic.  On Thursday, June 4, 20098 at the Palmer Course at the Oglebay Resort’s Speidel Golf Complex, individuals, teams and sponsors will come together in support of Cardinal Athletics.  Our goal is to raise over Ten Thousand Dollars for Cardinal Athletics and we hope you will join with us.

There will be fellowship.  There will be food and refreshments.  Most importantly, there will be satisfaction in knowing that our efforts will directly support Cardinal Athletics and our student-athletes.  All across our community and region Wheeling Jesuit University students, faculty, and alumni are involved, and making a difference by their examples of “service with and among others”.
