Hat Trick Does It for Jesuit
Wheeling, WV, Oct. 27, 2009---Wheeling Jesuit women's soccer played host to the Seton Hill Griffins on Tuesday evening in a cold steady rain, causing the field conditions to deteriorate throughout the game. Despite the sloppy field conditions, the Cardinals out shot the Griffins 27-5.

McGinnis found the back of the net five times in two WJU victories...The freshman struck for a pair of goals during Sunday's league win over Concord and she also recorded three scores in a 13-0 blowout of Salem International earlier in the week.

Women's and Men's Soccer Teams Rout Tigers
Salem, WV, Oct. 16, 2009---Wheeling Jesuit men's and women's soccer teams traveled to Salem International University for a double header conference match.
In the first game, the Wheeling Jesuit women's soccer team won 13-0.
In game two, the men defeated the Tigers 6-0.

Wheeling Jesuit (6-12, 5-4) fell out of contenion for the conference title last season, but the tradition-rich Cardinals are forecast to return near the top of the table in 2009.
