Team Discounts

Participants are entitled to a team discount when three or more people from the same organization attend and register at the same time.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time before October 1, 2013 with no penalty; however, please notify Paula Ullom in advance by calling (304)243-2057 or pullom@wju.edu.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given for written or e-mailed cancellations received before October 1, 2013.  After that date, cancellations are subject to the entire registration fee.  Please note that if you do not cancel and to not attend, you are still responsible for your payment.
