Steps to Clean Your Computer : Here are the steps that ITS and the RCAs would use to clean your computer of viruses and spyware. Each step is explained for you. Remember: RCAs are here to help you do this; not do this for you. If your computer is completely unusable, you can borrow a CD with the software from the Library. Sophos Anti-Virus Software is available for WJU Students! : This software is provided by your Technology Fee. All computers connected to ResNet must run up-to-date anti-virus software. Prior to installing Sophos AV, you'll need to uninstall any existing anti-virus software. You can do this in your Control Panel, by opening Add/Remove Programs.

NOTE: This download link is for Windows XP only. If you need to download a different version of the software for OS X, Linux, or even Windows 98/ME, contact the HelpDesk at x4357.
