Manage SPAM in I-Mail/WebMail
  1. Create a mailbox to store SPAM messages
    • Click on the Personal Account Options menu.
    • Click on the Manage Mailboxes option.
    • Type "SpamBox" into the Create Mailbox form.
    • Click on the Create button.
  2. Create a Filter to move SPAM messages out of the In box
    • Click on the Personal Account Options menu.
    • Click on the Change Processing Rules option.
    • Click on the Add Rule link in the Left Menu.
    • Change the Field menu to Subject.
    • Click the contains radio button.
    • Enter the string \*SPAM\* in the Phrase box.
    • Click the Add Condition button.
    • The new Rule now appears in the Rule box.
    • Enter the mailbox SpamBox in the Destination field.
    • Click the Finish button.

  1. SPAM will now automatically go to the SpamBox! Remember, the server will never delete a message because it might be SPAM and sometimes it may be be wrong when marking messages as SPAM. Whatever happens to the message is up to you.
