ALERT FROM ITS & FYI FROM ITS
E-mail messages that you receive from ITS will commonly have two subjects.
- ALERT From ITS: [topic of the alert]
- FYI From ITS: [topic of the FYI]
ALERT From ITS messages contain critical, important information.
For example:
- Planned network or server outage for upgrades
- Unplanned network or server crash notification
- Virus warnings
FYI From ITS messages contain useful tips and general information.
For example:
- Workshop and Training announcements
- New services provided by ITS
- Steps to upgrade your Anti-Virus software
