ITS provides support in several areas of technology: Technical Support Services, Media Services, Network & Server Operations, Telecommunications, Web Services, and Administrative Information Services.

If you know which area of ITS you need assistance in, please select the appropriate link below, and complete the online form that will be displayed from the link.

If you are unsure, please select the "Create a new HelpDesk task". Your task will later be directed to the appropriate area.

For HelpDesk, Web Site, and ResNet tasks, the current number of active tasks is also displayed. During very busy times of the semester, there may be delays in returning calls due to the volume of tasks in the system. We thank you for your patience, and you can always call the HelpDesk at x4357 to check on your task's status.


HelpDesk Active Tasks: 49 For technical problems with computers, labs, printers, etc., create a new HelpDesk task.

Web Services Active Tasks: 15 For updates to the WJU Web Site, create a new Web Services task.

ResNet Active Tasks: 27 Students: For network or Internet problems in residence halls, create a new ResNet task.   -   View my task.
