Student will take all helpdesk calls and record them.
Student will begin first response assistance.
Some lab assistant type jobs will be expected of this group.
Some students will be hired to perform helpdesk assistance throughout the campus.

Student will answer the main ITS phone line.
Student will assist anyone who enters the ITS department.
Student will transfer and record all calls.
Student will assist with a variety of other tasks such as document preparations.

Student will assist in the scheduling, delivery, and functioning of media equipment in classrooms.
Student will assist with media needs during special events.
Some students will be assigned to regularly check and fix multimedia podiums.
