Job Description
Help Desk/Media Assistant

  • Student will take all helpdesk calls and record them.
  • Student will occasionally perform helpdesk assistance.
  • Student will answer the main ITS phone line.
  • Student will assist anyone who enters the ITS department.
  • Student will transfer and record all calls.
  • Student will assist with a variety of other tasks such as document preparations.
  • Student will assist in the scheduling, delivery, and functioning of media equipment in classrooms.
  • Student will assist with media needs during special events.
  • Some students will be assigned to regularly check and fix multimedia podiums.
