Any email message that needs to be addressed to all students on campus should be sent to the Vice President of Student Affairs. Upon the vice president's approval, the message will be forwarded to all WJU student e-mail accounts.

To facilitate other communications with and between students, ITS has created the Cardinal On-Line discussion area within BlackBoard (http://cardinal.wju.edu). This site can be used to post announcements for students. It features discussion forums such as the Cardinal Forum, Academic Announcements, and WJU E-Trade. Cardinal On-Line is intended to be a student resource, it may be modified significantly as student needs are determined.
