CINAHL Full Text (Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - resource contains indexing for 2,928 nursing journals from 1981 to the present. In addition, full text is available for nearly 600 journals.

Health Source Nursing Academic Edition (Link to Database - On-campus/Off-campus) - Provides more than 550 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines.

Medline(Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - Provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE allows users to search abstracts from over 4,600 current biomedical journals.

Alt HealthWatch (Link to Database - On-campus/Off-campus) - Alternative health database provides full text for 180 publications in the collection, including full text for many peer-reviewed journals. Alt HealthWatch provides in-depth coverage across the full spectrum of subject areas covered by complementary and alternative medicine dating back to 1990.

Consumer Health Complete (Link to Database - On-campus/Off-campus) - comprehensive resource for consumer-oriented health content. Designed to support patients' information needs and foster an overall understanding of health-related topics.

R2 Digital Library (ebooks) (Link to Database On-Campus) - A collection of Medical and Allied Health Reference Books that are aimed toward the disciplines of Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Nursing and Respiratory Therapy. Note: when on-campus create a username and password that can be used anywhere. Also accessible via the library's online catalog.

SportDiscus Full Text (Link to Database - On-campus/Off-campus) - Source of full text for sports & sports medicine journals, providing full text for more than 440 journals with coverage dating back to 1985.

PsycARTICLES(Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - Database covers general psychology and specialized, basic, applied, clinical and theoretical research in psychology. The database contains more than 39,000 searchable full text articles from 45 journals published by the American Psychological Association and 8 from allied organizations. It contains all journal articles, letters to the editor and errata from each of the 53 journals. Examples of titles offered in PsycARTICLES include: American Psychologist, Behavioral Neuroscience, Canadian Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Journal of Abnormal Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychoanalytic Psychology, Psychotherapy: Theory/Research/Practice/Training,etc. Coverage spans from 1985 to the present.

PsycINFO(Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - From the American Psychological Association, contains over two million citations and summaries of journal articles, book chapters, books and dissertations, all in the field of psychology, dating as far back as 1840. Journal coverage, which dates back to the 1800s, includes international material selected from nearly 2,000 periodicals in over 35 languages. More than 65,000 records are added each year. It also includes information about the psychological aspects of related disciplines such as medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, education, pharmacology, physiology, linguistics, anthropology, business and law. Examples of titles offered in PsycINFO include:Academic Medicine, Academic Psychiatry, Behavior Genetics, Behavioral Disorders, Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Behavioral Medicine, Journal of Psychiatry & Neuroscience, Journal of Psychology, Psychoanalytic Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Psychological Medicine, etc.

Cochrane Collection (Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - A unique source of reliable and up-to-date information on the effects of interventions in health care. Designed to provide information and evidence to support decisions taken in health care and to inform those receiving care.

Academic Search Elite(Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - Provides full text for more than 2,050 publications, including more than 1,500 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to the full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for all 3,468 journals in the collection. This database offers information in nearly every area of academic study including: social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, physics, chemistry, language and linguistics, arts & literature, medical sciences, ethnic studies and more.

Annual Reviews (Link to Database – On-campus/Off-campus) - Comprehensive, timely collections of critical reviews written by leading scientists. Annual Reviews volumes are published each year for 30 focused disciplines within the Biomedical, Physical, and Social Sciences.

Centers for Disease Control (CDC)/HIV/AIDS Surveillance Report - "contains tabular and graphic information about U.S. AIDS and HIV case reports, including data by state, metropolitan statistical area, mode of exposure to HIV, sex, race/ethnicity, age group, vital status, and case definition category. It is published annualy by the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), usually in the early fall."

World Health Organization - "WHO Statistical Information System is the guide to health and health-related epidemiological and statistical information available from the World Health Organization. Most WHO technical programmes make statistical information available, and they will be linked from here. You also have the possibility to search by keywords within the WHOSIS or throughout the entire WHO site."

US Census Bureau HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data Base - Provides data on AIDS infection and risk factors within certain population groups.
