Screening (Skype) interviews and reference checks for promising candidates are obtained by RHPA and candidate files are updated online. |

Search Committee meets to discuss the evaluate candidates. |

RHPA presents top candidates to Search Committee; Committee selects 6-8 semi-finalists. (Wheeling) |

PHASE III - Final Due Diligence and Appointment |
