PHASE II - Selection and Evaluation |

Search Committee receives access to RHPA's Seciure Client site to begin reviewing applications that have arrived. |

Screening (Skype) interviews and reference checks for promising candidates are obtained by RHPA and candidate files are updated online. |

Search Committee meets to discuss the evaluate candidates. |
| September 21 (12-5pm) |
RHPA presents top candidates to Search Committee; Committee selects 6-8 semi-finalists. (Wheeling) |
| October 2-3 |
Search Committee conducts semi-finalists interviews. (Airport) |
| October 3 |
Search Commitee selects finialists for campus visits. |
PHASE III - Final Due Diligence and Appointment |

Finialists are interviewed on campus. |

Search Council meets with the Search Committee to review final due diligence; Committee recommends 1-3 candidates to the Board. (Wheeling) |

The Board approves the appointment of a president. |
