Please contact the Registrar's Office (304-243-2238) before traveling to campus to be assured that appropriate staff is available to process your request.

Please read the following options carefully and click on the appropriate link:

1. To request an Official transcript and to pay for it with a Credit/Debit Card, please access the National Student Clearinghouse. More detailed instructions, including the associated fees, are available at this site. If this option is selected additional papers/forms cannot be included when your transcript is sent; if additional paperwork must be included, please choose the second option below.

2. To request an Official transcript and to pay for it with Cash/Check or to request an Unofficial transcript please click here to request your transcript through the Registrar's Office.
