This contract establishes the parameters of the service assignment for the WJU student and community partner involved. It is used to evaluate student service systematically. Each student who participates in three or more hours of service per week throughout the semester should prepare a simple service contract in collaboration with their agency supervisor(s). All contracts should be submitted to the SSAC.
