WJU Chamber Singers
Chamber Singers participate in campus life and as university ambassadors, performing at assemblies and representing the university in local and regional concerts. A traditional Christmas concert is held at the end of the fall semester. Members also participate in the Theater Department’s annual GAMBOL musical during the spring semester. The Vocal Showcase in May highlights individual vocal talent.
WJU Music Ministry Choirs
Three Music Ministry ensembles lead each of Wheeling Jesuit University’s three Sunday masses in the Chapel of Mary and Joseph. Music ministers also serve as music leaders for special liturgies such as the Mass of the Holy Spirit in September, the Advent Lessons and Carols and the Baccalaureate Mass. Designated student choir directors assist with ensemble direction.
