- Symphonic Band
- WJU is seeking students that have inspired talents in wind, brass, and percussion instruments to create a beautiful musical ensemble. Musical opportunities in our Symphonic Band allow students to actively contribute to our campus culture while also encouraging growth in the common universal language that is music. A detailed symphonic band schedule will be available on this site shortly. The Symphonic Band performances will take place during the University's annual Homecoming Friends & Family Weekend in mid-October, during the Christmas season in early December, in celebration of a new spring in March and at the annual University commencement ceremony in mid-May.
- Pep Band
- The WJU Pep band is seeking all musically talented students who want to participate and be active on campus. Our current Cardinal Pep Band is well underway supporting our outstanding women's and men's basketball teams, the fall 2012 Pep Band is already forming. The Pep Band will be a focal point on campus whose job will consist of providing music to excite the crowds at athletic events and spread pride across campus. Performances at athletic events, special events and local parades will take place throughout both semesters.
