Holla, I'm Valerie Grimes, President of Campus Activities Board. I am a Junior Business Major and French Minor. I joined CAB my freshman year in order to get involved and to help create fun activities for my fellow students. I’m on the WJU women’s golf team, SGA Social Affairs Representative, and an Arrupe scholar. I'm also involved with Students for Life and the French Club. Hey I'm Kelley Buckman! I'm a West Virginia girl - born and raised in Buckhannon. I'm a second year student at Wheeling Jesuit and I absolutely love it here! I'm a chemistry major with dreams of going to medical school after I graduate. I'm very involved here on campus. In addition to being the Assistant to the President of the Campus Activities Board, I'm an Arrupe Scholar, a member of Circle K, and a Resident Assistant in Sara Tracy. Howdy, I am Emily Howdyshell. Currently, I am a Junior here at WJU and am majoring in Nuclear Medicine. I come from New Lexington, Ohio, which is just a ‘lil ol’ town southwest of Zanesville. The small size, friendliness, beautiful campus, and outstanding academics attracted me to WJU. One interesting thing about me: I can write my name upside down and backwards at the same time. Hi, I am Melissa Stephens, but a lot of people call me Mel. I am a sophomore nuclear medicine major from Washington, Pa. I am also one of the newest members of the Campus Activity Executive Board, where I serve as secretary/treasurer. In addition to my roles with Campus Activities, I am a Luceat and a choir director for Campus Ministry. I started coming to CAB meetings because my friends dragged me to them; however, after a few meetings I really enjoyed having the opportunity to plan activities and events for everyone to participate in. Hi, I'm Holly Alkire, co-publicity chair of Campus Activities Board. Currently, I am a sophomore, majoring in nuclear medicine. I am from the small town Buckhannon, WV...which is a few hours south of here. I also am involved in Cicrcle K and am currently a Luceat. I also went down to New Orleans last December for a relief trip with the school. I joined CAB last year and now serve on the board. I wanted to get involved in the happenings around campus and this is the way to do it. Hi, I'm Jill Nizan, I am a Junior Psychology major/French minor from Pittsburgh, PA. I joined CAB e-board because I really enjoy making signs for the events. In addition to CAB I am also a Luceat, an Arrupe Scholar, and the secretary/treasurer for Interhall Council. A few of my interests include trains, coloring, service work, Legends of the Hidden Temple (Green Monkeys!), and laughing. And I can unwrap a starburst in my mouth. |
