STUDENT VARIETY SHOW HOSTED BY COMEDIAN JAY BLACK
Jay Black started life as an English teacher. After a few years and a few teacher-of-the-year nominations, he decided to take his high-energy day-time act and adapt it to a club setting. Through two years in the club and college circuit, he has wowed audiences with his creative take on our absurd existence. Jay has the same command of a club or hall as he did in the classroom during the days when he kept a class of thirty fifteen-year-olds in rapt attention (Well, maybe not "rapt" attention)
Black has appeared at over 100 colleges as well as the clubs in country. Campus Activities magazine named Black its Reader's Choice for 2008's College Comedian of the Year. He made his television debut on Showtime and has followed that up with appearances on Fox Business Channel and the Arts & Entertainment network. More information about Jay Black can be found at jayblackcomedy.com
