MISSION: OBJECTIVE: GENERAL GUIDELINE: FOR MENTORS: · Spend approximately 6 hours per month with your mentee. · Some activities to be considered: phone conversation, email, lunch, church service, community events, family brunch, etc. · The key is to build a strong and supportive relationship with your mentee. · Attend a monthly Mentor-Mentee Social Event to stay connected with other Multicultural students and the campus community. · Communicate with an appointed OMA staff regularly regarding your mentor-mentee relationship. · An online feedback form will be available for mentors on our website soon. · For more information, visit our website: www.wju.edu/studentlife/oma FOR WJU STUDENTS: · Sign up through the OMA if you would like to have a mentor. · A mentor will be assigned to you based on commonality (major, interests, background etc). · A freshman will be mentored both by an upper classman and a professional.
