The Ignatius Hall houses upperclass students and is co-educational by floor. Each resident's room has a private bathroom, optional private phone lines, air conditioning and flexible furniture, which may be lofted or bunked to allow greater convenience of room arrangement. Cable & Telephone services are provided in each room. Laundry facilities and lounges are located on each floor. Residents enjoy the benefits of a private bathroom and the close community created by engaging in programs in the hall and living with their friends.

Windows
All windows have mini-blinds. Curtains and/or drapes are not permitted.

Room Furnishings
Each room contains two of the following: bunkable twin bed, night stand, wardrobe, desk, and lounge chair. Each room also has a private bathroom.  The beds in Ignatius hall are twin extra long.

Supplies to Bring
Extension cord, iron/ironing board, power strip, stereo, throw rug, dry erase board, masking tape, alarm clock, cleaning supplies, laundry basket, stackable crates, bed linens, posters to decorate, shower curtain (optional), tv/vcr, telephone, small refrigerator, towels, hair dryer, hangers. ** No open coil cooking appliances such as hot plates and toasters are allowed.

Laundry
There are washers and dryers on each floor. Laundry services is provided free to residents only.

Lounges
Social lounges with flat screen televisions are located on floors 2, 4 and 6 and study loungest are located on floors 3, 5 and 7. The 24 hour lounge, located on the 1st floor, is the only area where residents can have visitors once visitation hours are over.

Cable/Phone Service
Each room has access to cable and telephone services. These services are provided as a part of the Housing Contract.

Vending Machines
A vending area is located across from the 24 hour lounge, in the kitchen area. Soft drinks, snacks, and change are available in the vending room.

Kitchen Facilities
There is a small kitchen and dining area located across from the 24 hour lounge that contains a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. This space is available to all residents of the building.
