Thomas More houses upperclass students. Thomas More is a co-ed residential facility.  Rooms are divided into "quads." Each "quad" houses 4 to 6 students, has 2 to 3 bedrooms, a lounge and one bathroom. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own bathrooms.  Inspections are done doing various university breaks.  A typical floor has four "quads," and a community lounge.  A laundry room is located the following floors 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Residents of a "quad". Telephone and Cable TV is provided. Thomas More residential environment assist residents in establishing a sense of belonging and community in their "quad," on their floor, and in their building.

Room Furnishings
Each of the three bedrooms in the "quad" contains two of each: beds with storage drawers, desks, chairs, lamps, bureaus, closets, and mirror. Thomas More is an air conditioned building. Sheets for the beds are twin long. Each room has carpeting. The residents of the "quad" share a lounge area and a bathroom. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own bathroom.  Inspections are done during various university break periods.  Residents will billed for bathrooms that need extra cleaning during inspections.

Supplies to Bring
Extension cord, iron/ironing board, power strip, stereo, throw rug, dry erase board, desk lamp, masking tape, alarm clock, towels, laundry basket, hair dryer, bed linens, hangers, tv/vcr, telephone, small refrigerator, fan, cleaning supplies, stackable crates, posters to decorate ** No open coil cooking appliances such as hot plates are allowed.

Laundry
There are washers and dryers on every other floor. The use of washers and dryers are a free service to residents only.

Lounges
There is a TV located in the 24 hour lounge on the ground floor. The 24 hour lounge is the only area where residents can have female visitors once visitation hours are over.

Cable/Phone Service
Each room has access to telephone service. These services are provided as a part of the Housing Contract.

Vending Machines
A vending area with snacks and soft drinks is located on the 1st floor.

Kitchen Facilities
There is a small kitchen area located on the ground floor next to the laundry room that contains a sink, refrigerator, and a stove. This space is available to all residents of the building.
