The Constitution of the Wheeling Jesuit University Student Government may be amended in either of the following ways:

1. By a two-thirds majority vote in favor of the amendments by members of the Executive Board and the Senate members present at a joint meeting, called for that purpose. 

Or

2. By a two-thirds majority vote in favor of the amendments by the Wheeling Jesuit University Student Body.
